I started by exploring different concepts that combined the BBQ and baptism elements. After discussing with the client, it became clear that the focus needed to be on the BBQ as the primary message to attract people to the event. The creative direction shifted toward highlighting the idea of a summer BBQ in a park setting, something appealing and familiar that resonates with the limited warm days in Canada. The visuals featured a barbecue scene as the central image, paired with straightforward, inviting text about the event details.
