About the Project:

As YouTube Manager at Menlo Coaching, a premium MBA admissions consulting firm, I spearheaded the development of the brand’s YouTube presence—transforming a previously inactive channel into a client-generating asset with high-performing, evergreen content.
I led the channel's content direction and team operations while ensuring each video aligned with SEO best practices and business goals. One of the first videos I produced became the channel’s breakout success, driving thousands of views and bringing in qualified leads that converted into clients.

Key Contributions

Strategic Launch & Breakout Video: Conceptualized, scripted, and published the first high-performing video, which quickly gained traction and put the channel on the map, generating qualified leads and solidifying YouTube as a viable growth channel for the business.
Team Building & Operations: Hired and managed a team of freelance editors, thumbnail designers, and writers—creating detailed workflows and communication protocols within Basecamp to streamline production.
Content System Design: Established an end-to-end content pipeline covering ideation, scripting, production, optimization, and publishing, with templates and SOPs for scalable growth.
SEO & Performance Optimization: Leveraged keyword research, titles, thumbnails, and descriptions to enhance discoverability and engagement across all videos.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Worked closely with the internal team to ensure that YouTube content supported broader marketing, brand positioning, and lead generation efforts.

Results

Created the channel’s first breakout video, still ranking as one of the most-watched and highest-converting pieces.
Helped grow the channel to 3.2K+ subscribers and 100K+ total views, despite a limited publishing volume.
Set up the entire operational backend in Basecamp, enabling sustainable growth, clearer team collaboration, and faster production cycles.
Positioned YouTube as a key client funnel—transforming organic video traffic into business leads.
