💥 How we helped a Med Spa cut lead costs by 21% - with just design.
When ImageLab Med Spa reached out, they weren’t short on traffic - but they were losing leads. Their existing pages weren’t converting visitors into bookings, and their ad spend was getting expensive fast. They needed a user experience overhaul, and they needed it quickly.

“Help us design landing pages and a booking flow that actually gets people to book.” 
It wasn’t just about aesthetics. They were running active campaigns, so the design had to do one thing really well: convert.
🔍 The challenge:
The old landing experience lacked focus. Messaging was fragmented, the booking form wasn’t user-friendly, and the mobile experience caused drop-offs. With a mix of services offered and different types of leads, the challenge was to guide the right user to take the right action - seamlessly.
✨ The solution:
We redesigned their core landing pages using UI/UX web design principles focused on simplicity, clarity, and conversion intent. Every section had a role: qualify the visitor, establish trust, drive action. 
We also redesigned the booking form with fewer steps and better mobile usability. Using Figma, we prototyped and refined the UX to reduce friction and improve flow - especially for users coming from paid ads.

Just weeks after implementation, ImageLab saw a 51% increase in conversion rate, a 29% improvement in click-through rate, and a 21% drop in cost per lead. 
A better design didn’t just make the site prettier - it made the entire acquisition funnel more profitable.
