📌 Client Request
The client, Tipsy Pickle, approached us with the need for a comprehensive digital solution that would support two vital areas of their business:
An engaging, high-converting eCommerce website built on Shopify to showcase and sell their branded merchandise.
A custom admin platform to efficiently manage their event-based booking reservations, which were previously handled manually through disjointed systems and spreadsheets.
They were looking for more than just a standard online store—they wanted a full-scale, intuitive, and fully integrated digital ecosystem that would grow with their business. The priorities were clear: deliver a beautifully designed and user-friendly storefront, reduce friction in the reservation and order management process, and ensure seamless integration between customer-facing and back-office systems.

We kicked off the project with a deep discovery phase to better understand the client’s brand, customer journey, business goals, and technical requirements. Our process included user research, competitive analysis, information architecture planning, and a collaborative design workshop to align expectations.

For the customer-facing storefront, we designed and developed a fully custom Shopify website tailored to reflect Tipsy Pickle’s unique brand personality. We focused on building a shopping experience that was:
