In response to the urgent situation, I pursued a multifaceted approach to gather insights and develop actionable strategies. This included conducting a detailed video walkthrough of the platform's onboarding process to uncover subtle but impactful issues affecting conversion rates. Additionally, I engaged with over 20 stakeholders from various teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of their perceptions and uncover inconsistencies. Furthermore, I conducted a swift competitive analysis to identify reasons for customer attrition and evaluated the platform's value proposition against competitors. Throughout the process, I provided interim reports to the GM, enabling continuous refinement of strategies based on emerging insights and feedback.
