What did we build?
A custom manufacturing workflow application connecting sales, production, delivery, and invoicing.
Elma Water Industries is a bottled water business based in Cherlapally, Hyderabad. Intelliflow Technologies designed and developed an ERP and CRM application that brings its commercial and operational workflows into one organised interface.
The application follows the business journey:
Lead → Quotation → Order → Design & Art → Production → Delivery → Invoice

Sales and customer management
The CRM workspace organises customer requirements, contact information, enquiry sources, priorities, sales stages, and assigned ownership.
Lead records include interaction history alongside relevant requirements such as bottle size, expected quantity, delivery zone, and timeline. This keeps the customer conversation and commercial context together.
The quotations interface presents:
Product and bottle specifications
Case quantities and unit prices
Discounts and tax lines
Delivery charges
A clear quotation summary
Customer and order records continue the workflow within the same application.
Production and batch tracking
Production batches are connected to order references and display schedules, assigned operators, bottle quantities, completed and rejected counts, purification methods, manufacturing dates, and expiry dates.
The production interface tracks 9 stages:
Water treatment
Bottle blowing
Rinsing
Filling
Capping
Labeling
Batch coding
Quality inspection
Packing
Stage status and batch-level actions give the team a structured way to review production progress. A separate Design & Art workspace sits within the wider order workflow.

Delivery, invoicing, and management visibility
Dedicated Delivery and Invoices sections extend the application beyond production.
The dashboard brings together active leads, pending orders, production activity, invoices, deliveries, and customer records. Its workflow overview presents work across departments, while financial summaries show invoiced, collected, and outstanding amounts.
Why did the client need this application?
The new plant needed a structured workflow connecting customer commitments with manufacturing and fulfilment.
A bottled water order involves several related decisions: bottle size, quantity, design requirements, production scheduling, and delivery expectations.
The application was organised around 3 priorities.
Preserve customer requirements
Lead details and interaction history keep the original enquiry accessible as commercial work progresses.
Make production progress visible
Batch records and stage tracking provide a common workspace for reviewing scheduled production, operator assignments, and progress through the manufacturing sequence.
Continue the journey through delivery and billing
Delivery and invoicing belong to the same customer commitment. Including them within the application gives the team a more coherent view of the work required to fulfil an order.
The interface supports these responsibilities through clearly grouped Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance navigation.

When was it completed, and how was the work organised?
The application was completed in 21 days, 3 weeks, and approved by the client.
It is not yet live. Deployment and operational launch will follow completion of the client’s new plant setup.
The delivery sequence followed the workflow’s dependencies:
Business workflow planning: Define the journey from enquiry to quotation, order, production, delivery, and invoice.
Application and data planning: Organise the relationships between customers, commercial records, production batches, and fulfilment work.
UI/UX design: Establish dashboards, record layouts, stage indicators, and primary actions in Figma.
Application foundations: Develop the Next.js, React, and TypeScript application with PostgreSQL.
Module integration: Bring sales, production, delivery, and invoicing into a consistent workspace.
Client approval and launch preparation: Complete the approved scope and prepare the Docker-based VPS deployment approach for the plant’s launch.
