Artizsoul is a design and marketing agency built for athletes and artists - people who demand boldness and authenticity from the brands that represent them. I was brought in as a freelance visual designer to develop their motion identity: logo animations, brand motion graphics, a landing page concept, and print collateral including visiting cards, letterheads, and envelopes.
Artizsoul had a strong mission but no visual language powerful enough to carry it. Serving an audience of athletes and artists - people with high visual literacy and strong aesthetic standards - a generic or safe brand identity simply wouldn't land. The challenge was to build something that felt energetic and impactful on first contact, while still projecting the professionalism expected of a serious creative and marketing agency.
The direction came from the dual nature of the audience: raw athletic energy meets creative precision. I explored multiple colour directions before committing to a palette built around passion red as the dominant force - anchored by dark brown, black, and cream white. Red was a risk I initially resisted for its intensity, but it proved to be exactly right: it commands attention and embodies the brand's core conviction that athletes and artists deserve to be seen. The typographic system and existing brand fonts were retained and integrated into the motion work to maintain continuity across touchpoints.
The final deliverables covered motion and print: a complete logo animation suite, brand motion graphics concepts, a landing page design, and print-ready stationery. The project required extensive iteration to meet the client's specific requirements, but produced a motion identity that matched Artizsoul's ambition - bold, credible, and built for an audience that notices everything.
