Leveraging comprehensive data analysis through Google Analytics, we implemented targeted e-commerce optimization strategies. Our focus included refining the user journey, optimizing conversion funnels, and enhancing product visibility.
We provided insights into customer behavior and channel performance to maximize profitability. Within a 30-day period, our strategic interventions yielded substantial results, demonstrating clear growth and efficiency for the client's online store: Total Sales: Achieved $89,795.93 in online sales. Conversion Rate: Secured a 1.9% conversion rate from 6,042 sessions, turning visitors into valuable customers. Average Order Value (AOV): Maintained a strong $773.63 Average Order Value, indicating effective product positioning and customer purchasing habits. Customer Loyalty: Ensured a robust 37.19% returning customer rate, highlighting successful customer retention and repeat business. Total Orders: Processed 124 successful orders, reflecting strong customer engagement and purchase completion.
These results validate a highly effective strategy in driving significant e-commerce revenue and building a loyal customer base.
