🧗🏼 The Challenge
Skindinavia, the silent giant behind the world's best setting sprays, needed to transition from a B2B supplier to a direct-to-consumer powerhouse to capitalize on viral social media fame. Their legacy "trust-heavy" site wasn't built for retail traffic, leading to heavy reliance on Amazon and a loss of valuable customer data and brand equity.

📝 What We Did
We decoupled design from logic to build a "conversion-first" headless commerce solution. Our focus included:
Headless Architecture: Engineered a best-of-both-worlds solution using Framer for a premium "Pink (#F670C6)" aesthetic and Shopify for robust inventory management via the Framer Commerce plugin.
Social Proof Engines: Designed a dynamic "Wall of Hype" ticker to anchor the brand's viral reputation and funnel high-intent traffic directly to products.
Conversion-First UX: Embedded an AI concierge to guide undecided users and streamlined the purchase path using psychological triggers (Hick’s Law) to reduce decision fatigue.

🎨 The Website
The redesign successfully converted viral attention into sustainable revenue, allowing Skindinavia to own their customer relationships. Post-launch performance showed a 45% surge in direct, off-Amazon sales and a +14% increase in Average Order Value (AOV).
Chevis didn't just redesign our site; he future-proofed our business. By moving us to this Framer and Shopify hybrid, we finally own our customer relationships and aren't just an Amazon merchant anymore.
