🧗‍♂️The Challenge

Ruri Ohama (1.45M+ Subscribers) had outgrown the standard creator setup. She needed a scalable digital infrastructure to house her community, "Kaizen" productivity templates, and courses. The goal was to transition from a YouTube channel to a robust personal brand ecosystem.

📝 What we did

We designed and developed a centralized hub that connects Ruri's content with her products. We focused on:
Ecosystem Consolidation: Unified disparate channels (YouTube, Newsletter, Digital Products) into a single, cohesive user journey.
Scalable Design System: Built a flexible CMS structure that allows her team to easily launch new campaigns and products without developer intervention.
Community-First UX: Designed the site to prioritize user engagement and resource accessibility, catering specifically to her productivity-focused audience.
