Pegasus needed to project immediate institutional credibility in the highly competitive federal contracting space. Their legacy static HTML site was rigid and entirely developer-reliant, creating a severe operational bottleneck that prevented their team from swiftly updating the capability statements and compliance data necessary to secure government bids.

We decoupled their content from the codebase, replacing the static site with a scalable, custom Framer architecture. Our focus included:
Custom CMS Architecture: Engineered a tailored Framer CMS specifically structured around their contract vehicles, past performance, and core capabilities.
Publishing Autonomy: Eliminated the developer bottleneck entirely, granting non-technical staff full control to update and deploy content on demand.
Institutional UX/UI: Designed a high-trust interface that meets the visual and functional expectations of federal procurement officers and decision-makers.

The complete overhaul was executed in a 3-week project duration, instantly securing executive approval. Post-launch, Pegasus achieved a 90% faster content deployment cycle and recorded a 40% increase in prospective client engagement.
