Dr. Emily, a leading Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) specializing in pelvic floor and core health. With a decade of clinical experience, her 1-on-1 practice was fully booked, and she was a recognized authority in her field.

The Challenge: The Expert's "Scaling Dilemma"

When we began our collaboration, Dr. Ross faced a problem common to all in-demand experts:
Income Ceiling: Her income was directly capped by the number of hours in a day.
Burnout & Impact Limit: She was turning away dozens of women a week and was frustrated that she couldn't help more people.
Tech Paralysis: She had two proven systems—one for pre-natal prep and one for post-natal recovery—but they were trapped in her head. She knew they could be online courses but was an expert in human anatomy, not e-learning design.

We partnered with Dr. Ross to design, build, and launch her entire digital business on Kajabi. The core deliverables were:

Our process was a 4-phase strategic build, designed for maximum impact and a premium student experience.

Phase 1: Brand & Strategy Foundation

Before building any pages, we defined the brand. The target student is an anxious new or expectant mother. The brand had to communicate safety, clinical expertise, and supportive calm. We developed a full brand identity to ensure trust at every touchpoint.

Phase 2: Building the High-Converting Landing Page & Sales Funnel

With the brand defined, we mapped the entire customer journey and built the assets to support it. This system works for Dr. Ross 24/7, turning strangers into students.
Funnel Mapping: We first blueprinted the entire system, from the first ad click to the final checkout.
Lead Magnet: We designed a free PDF, "The 5-Minute Diastasis Recti Self-Check," to attract her ideal client.

Phase 3: Building the Courses (Engineering for Completion)

This is where our expertise in learner psychology was critical. Our goal was to fight the #1 problem in e-learning: low completion rates. For a health program, completion is the only metric that matters.
We designed the course interior to be engaging, achievable, and safe.
1. 'Nap-Time' Micro-Learning: We structured all content into 5-10 minute "micro-lessons." A new mom doesn't have an hour, but she has 10 minutes. This makes the course feel achievable, not intimidating.

2. Active Learning, Not Passive Watching: To move students from passive watching to active learning, we designed a full suite of custom-branded downloadable resources. This provides a sense of accomplishment and reinforces key lessons.

3. Safety-First 'Drip' Content: This was our most critical safety feature. In a post-natal program, letting a student jump from Week 1 to Week 5 is a physical liability. We used Kajabi's 'Drip' feature to lock future modules. This prevents overwhelm and ensures every student follows the safe, progressive timeline.
4. Check-Ins & Progress Tracking: To build momentum, we used Kajabi Assessments. At the end of each week, students complete a "Weekly Check-In" quiz. This isn't for a grade; it's to help them self-assess their progress and build the confidence to continue.
