Issue Logged: The moment an Issue Type column is updated on our board, the automation kicks in immediately.
Smart Routing: The workflow detects which category the issue falls under: 📦 Delivery Tracking | 💬 Guest Complaint/Review | 🔧 Damage & Repair | 💰 Reimbursement
Auto Assignment: Based on the issue type, the right team member is automatically assigned to the task — no manager needed to delegate.
Email Notification: The assignee receives an instant Gmail notification so nothing sits unread or unnoticed.
Slack Alert: A final notification is fired to our #koka-shortlist Slack channel, keeping the whole team in the loop in real time.
