The goal was to create a simple, trustworthy, and seamless experience where users can book skilled professionals with just a few clicks. As the Product & UI/UX Designer, I focused on designing an intuitive interface for both users and technicians, making booking, tracking, and task management effortless. The design emphasizes clarity, speed, and trust, ensuring users feel confident in every interaction while technicians can efficiently manage their workflow through a dedicated dashboard.
