Problem Statement
Our current website lacks an intuitive store locator, making it difficult for customers to find our physical stores. This negatively impacts user experience and reduces potential in-store visits. Additionally, showcasing the interior design of our offline stores is challenging, as there is no effective platform to display this information online. We need to design an easy-to-use store locator that not only provides accurate location information but also effectively showcases the interior design of our stores. This solution aims to enhance user engagement, increase in-store visits, and drive sales.
Goals
Simplify Store Finding: Create an intuitive store locator to make it easy for users to find Voila's offline stores.
Enhance User Interest: Increase user interest in visiting our offline stores by highlighting detailed interior features and attractions within the stores.
Seamless Integration: Ensure the store locator integrates smoothly with our existing website.
Boost Foot Traffic: Drive more customers to visit our physical stores by providing accurate and appealing location information.
