📈 Context

Bonobos, a popular men's clothing brand, needed to expand its online presence. I coordinated efforts between IT, marketing, and retail teams, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables.

Tight deadlines for launching the new collection and limited resources called for agile sprint planning and constant adjustments.

Weekly sprints and regular stakeholder meetings helped ensure the platform was delivered on time.
