Real-time Route Tracking for Field Operators

Plan service routes on a map, know where every vehicle is in real time, and show citizens the progress without exposing operators' personal data.

A standalone web system with four roles (admin, supervisor, operator, public). Admins draw routes on the map by neighborhood, add reference markers, assign vehicles and set a weekly schedule. Operators open their route on the phone and start GPS tracking: the app calculates progress, warns them if they leave the route, and keeps locations offline until the connection returns. A public screen shows live progress by day, with up to 8 panels that expand to full screen.
