2. Email 1 to Sarah — time zone is WRONG 8:30 AM WAT minus 8 hours = 12:30 AM PDT, not 11:30 AM. The email tells Sarah the wrong time. This needs urgent correction before Thursday.

3. Email 2 to David — meeting description is mismatched The email references "Workplace Simulator metrics" but the 4:00 PM slot on the calendar is the Weekly Team All-Hands Sync, not a follow-up with David specifically. Needs clarification.

4. Thursday 8:00–10:00 AM deep work block is compromised The Wireframe Sync with Sarah is at 8:30 AM WAT — right inside the protected deep work window. This needs to be flagged to the Principal for a decision.
