The Challenge 🧗

Taiko had a great product, but the creative testing process lacked structure. The team struggled to find winning ad formats and didn’t have a clear system for testing different angles, hooks, and messaging.
Without a structured approach, it was difficult to understand what worked, what didn’t, and what to test next.
The goal: Build a clear creative testing process, identify winning ad formats, and use performance data to create better ads and find more opportunities to grow.

My Approach 🚀

Implement structured creative testing process to test different hooks, angles, messaging, and formats in a more organized way.
Explored different ways to present Taiko’s cookware, turning product features, customer pain points, and common misconceptions into ad angles.
Tested different creative formats, including UGC, product demonstrations, static ads, and mashups, to find what worked best for the brand.
Used competitor research and ad libraries to find successful creative patterns and adapt them to Taiko’s products.
Focused on explaining the product’s unique features in simple, relatable ways to help customers understand why it was different from other cookware.
Analyzed ad performance to understand which hooks, messages, and visuals attracted attention and drove results.
Used these findings to improve existing ads, build on successful concepts, and guide the next round of creative testing.
TLDR: The focus was on building a repeatable process that helped Taiko learn from every test, find winning formats, and make better creative decisions over time.
