GoHighLevel Booking Funnel & Follow-Up Workflow (Demo)

Demo project: fictional business and sample data, not client work. A visual mockup showing how I would set up a booking funnel and follow-up workflow in GoHighLevel.
The problem
Service businesses lose bookings when follow-up depends on someone remembering. People forget appointments, and visitors who leave the booking page never hear back.
What the demo shows
A 3-page funnel for a fictional cleaning company (Lakeside Home Cleaning): a single-offer landing page with one button, a calendar-first booking page with a short form, and a confirmation page that says exactly what happens next.
Behind it, a follow-up workflow with a separate path for each visitor: instant email + SMS confirmation, an SMS reminder 24 hours before and 1 hour before, a review request the day after, and a new-time offer after a no-show. Visitors who leave without booking get their own follow-up path, and the contact moves through pipeline stages to Completed with a repeat-customer tag.
How a real version is built
GoHighLevel funnel builder for the pages, a GoHighLevel calendar for booking, and a GoHighLevel workflow for the email and SMS steps, with pipeline stages updated at each step.
What I'd adapt for a real business
Messages written in the owner's voice, quiet hours for texts, an optional deposit step if no-shows are common, and SMS opt-out rules checked for the business's country.
Note: this demo page is a visual mockup of the GoHighLevel setup; layouts, times and messages are examples.
