Since July 2022, I had been working remotely as a Full Stack Web Developer for The 1 Club, a London-based private members' club. My role has been pivotal in transforming the club's digital presence and operational efficiency.

I took charge of developing and maintaining the club's website and portal using Django and React TypeScript. This work significantly optimized event coordination and member data management, providing a seamless experience for both staff and the club's elite members.

I spearheaded the technical design, development, and project management of a cross-platform mobile app using React Native. This app enhanced member interactions by providing on-the-go access to club events, updates, and networking opportunities.

One of my notable achievements was integrating Stripe as a payment gateway. This streamlined the payment process for members and led to a substantial revenue increase of multiple six figures through both one-time and recurring payments.

Understanding the importance of expanding the club's reach, I launched "1C Futures", a tailored version of the platform designed for ambitious students and young entrepreneurs. This initiative opened new avenues for the club, attracting a younger demographic and fostering a community of future leaders.

To improve internal operations, I integrated tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and SendGrid. These integrations amplified staff productivity by 40% by automating marketing campaigns, customer relationship management, and communication processes.

My role extended beyond development; I collaborated closely with the marketing, sales, and partnership teams. Working directly with the CTO and CEO, I played a pivotal role in decision-making processes, ensuring that technological advancements aligned with business objectives. I was also instrumental in hiring and mentoring interns, shaping the design and functionality of both the portal and the mobile app.
