WorkPulse — Workforce Management SaaS Built on Rork

Overview

WorkPulse is a full-stack SaaS workforce management platform built as a demo on Rork. It tracks employee check-ins, shift scheduling, and productivity metrics in real time. Designed for SMBs managing distributed teams, WorkPulse demonstrates how Rork and modern web stacks can deliver enterprise-grade HR tooling rapidly.

The Problem

Small and mid-sized businesses struggle to track remote employee productivity without costly enterprise HR software. WorkPulse was built to prove that a polished, production-grade workforce tool could be shipped in days using Rork and a modern stack.

What I Built

Real-time employee check-in and check-out tracking with status dashboard

Shift scheduling interface with drag-and-drop weekly calendar

Productivity metrics per employee: hours logged, tasks completed, utilisation rate

Role-based access: Admin sees all, managers see their team, employees see their own data

Clean responsive UI built entirely within Rork with zero local setup
