For this project, I led a comprehensive redesign of a university website comprising thousands of pages. The overhaul focused on enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of the site, resulting in a smoother, more visually appealing user experience. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies were integrated throughout the redesign to improve user engagement and conversion. Additionally, I developed a new backend interface that is user-friendly, allowing faculty to easily manage and update content.
