In response to the new regulation in Italy requiring anti-abandonment systems for children aged 0-4 during travel, we experienced a significant increase in inquiries about the product and the policy itself. To address this, we formed a task force with our customer service department to develop a comprehensive strategy and create a detailed FAQ document to assist the public.
