I was a UX Researcher who was mainly responsible for the usability testing of 4 Assessment products. In this role I also moderated concept testing, in depth interviews, and participated in the heuristic evaluation of an assessment product.
Impact:
Featured in Renaissance’s July 2024 company-wide product update email for driving insights that helped the organization understand key user behaviors and informed product adjustments aimed at long-term revenue growth. Provided user insights and recommendations that directly led to the UX overhaul of a behavior monitoring product which secured $2 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). DnA research contributions influenced the relaunch of filter, search, and author functionality. Data-driven insights for an academic and behavior scoring chart, shaped and drove the product roadmap for the assessment product.
