I served as the UX Researcher and Communications Specialist who focused on identifying the best way the organization could serve as a relevant and reliable resource for community members.
Impact:
I formed 3 micro personas from prior survey insights and identified what aspects of job searching should be included in career coaching. My contract ended prior to my ability to launch the survey I generated in Qualtrics with display logic and exclusive responses. I also generated a click-through rate (CTR) of at least 2.04% for LinkedIn content that was enhanced with prompt writing in ChatGPT.
