SEO Challenge: The client struggled with low visibility in search engine results and stagnant organic traffic. The goal was to increase traffic, improve keyword rankings, and increase footfall at their repair shops.

Strategies Implemented

Comprehensive SEO Audit: Carried out an air-tight SEO audit to find out all the areas that could be improved on existing pages both technically and content-wise.
Technical SEO: Improved site speed and mobile responsiveness to enhance user experience and rankings. Also, fixed some structured data issues.
Keyword Research: Conducted thorough keyword research based on main target terms, like “auto glass repair”, and found out easy to rank informative as well as local search terms. 
On-Page SEO: Optimized meta tags, headers, and alt text for target keywords.
GBP Optimization: Optimized GBP description and service descriptions, added new geo-tagged images, and created and implemented a strategy to post regular GBP updates. 
Content Strategy: Developed informative content focused on local search queries and customer intent to capture more relevant traffic. The content strategy is an ongoing process based on content relevance and ranking performance to facilitate a smooth flow of internal linking, keeping the models of silo and content clusters in mind. 
Design Tweaks: Implemented some basic but crucial design changes to better CRO and SEO.
Link Building: Secured a couple of high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources in the industry, along with building links from local directories.

Results/Success Metrics

Increase in Organic Traffic: Achieved over 120% increase in organic traffic within three months. Traffic is still on an ever-increasing trend.
Keyword Ranking Improvement: Several high-value keywords started to rank within the top 3 spots on Google.
Conversion Growth: Conversion rates increased by 117%, contributing to a significant rise in client base.
