SEO Challenge: The cabinet supplier had a strong local presence but needed help with national visibility and rankings for broader cabinet-related keywords.
2. Strategies Implemented
Keyword Research: Conducted thorough keyword research to find out tons of cabinet-related easy-to-rank content opportunities that also have buying intent in varying degrees.
Local to National SEO: Expanded the focus from local SEO to include national keywords, using a multi-location content strategy.
Technical SEO: Implemented structured data for product pages as well as all other pages to boost rich snippet appearances in Google. Also fixed some other major technical issues as per an SEO Audit.
Content Updates and Internal Linking: The site already had a good number of existing blogs that we took over and carried out updates based on already ranking keywords and infusing fresh keywords.
Regularly Created and Posted 2 Monthly Blogs: Along with updating old content, we consistently produced and published two blogs per month.

Traffic Boost: 51% increase in organic traffic in 3 months and 74.79% YoY.
Nationwide Traffic: Significant traffic gained from all over the US.

4. Lessons Learned/Key Takeaways
A dual local and national SEO strategy helped bridge the gap in rankings.
A synthesized content and KW strategy for old-content-update and new-content-creation makes the biggest bang for the buck.
Quality content always comes out victorious, no matter how many algorithm updates it faces.
