Implemented a full automated workflow solution to capture distressed property data from public records and filter high qualified leads into GoHighLevel CRM. Client was using manual spreadsheets to track leads. Transitioned the workflow to Airtable where contract employees could complete appropriate research and data entry and set up automations via Make.com to filter qualified leads into CRM.

Fixed a critical issue related to data flow from Google Sheets via Zapier by implementing Airtable. Was able to consolidate 6 manually maintained spreadsheets.
