The Team Hiring process was updated to reflect hiring for 5 new roles, tracking applications submitted by completing a ClickUp form and rating applicants based upon experience, skill level and interviews. A job description corresponding to each role was included as well. This saved time and resources as the hiring team searched to fill these 5 roles.
Team Resources included creation of an SOP repository for managing, organizing and updating SOPs throughout the organization. This saved multiple hours training and onboarding new hires.
