Adam Graver, Head of Brands at TPFG, needed one film to hold a 1,000-person auditorium. The brief: capture 40 years of brand evolution. The problem: no archive footage existed. Every era had to be built from scratch.
Creative Decisions
Historical Era Construction: No archive footage existed for the early years. Still images were transformed into era-accurate motion using Firefly, Gemini, and Veo 3.
Era Transition System: Each era had its own visual language — typewriter, newspaper, CRT — before dissolving into TPFG's current brand. Not a cut. An evolution.
Music: Full creative freedom on music. Recognisable hit tracks anchored each era emotionally — the audience wasn't watching history, they were remembering it.
CEO Entrance: Previous conference films ended on a hold frame. This one ended with an AI-generated CEO introduction cut into the final sequence. The handoff from screen to stage was part of the edit.
Stock Integration: Storyblocks footage used where assets were absent — selected to match the cinematic grading already established. Not inserted. Blended.
Built in a week. Named the highlight of the event.
Outcome
The film opened the national conference to 1,000+ attendees. Multiple senior stakeholders cited it as the highlight of the event. The AI-generated CEO introduction — cut into the film's final sequence — was specifically noted as a first for the conference format.
A conference film, designed to capture keynote moments, audience engagement, networking energy, and brand presence into a cohesive executive event narrative.
