TPFG, the UK's largest estate agency franchise group, needed a scalable training video system for LeadPro — a CRM platform used across 13+ brands and hundreds of agents.
The mandate: one video per workflow, self-sufficient enough that any new hire could onboard without a live session. No established visual language existed for presenting technical SaaS workflows on screen — that gap was the creative brief.
Creative Decisions
Mockup treatment: Every screen recording was placed into a device monitor frame — a deliberate choice to prevent the video reading as an IT support clip. The frame creates instructional distance: the viewer observes the workflow, they don't feel inside it under pressure.
Motion-designed explainers: Abstract concepts — UTM structure, campaign tracking logic — were built as animated diagrams, not screencasts. Colour-coded labels, animated URL builds, and data visualisations replaced what a screenshare and a talking head would have done.
Voiceover: Instructional register, neutral tone — calibrated for retention, not brand warmth. Consistent delivery across every module meant the series trained as one system, not a playlist.
System consistency: All videos share the same title card structure, background treatment, and typographic hierarchy. An agent moving across modules never has to recalibrate — the system was the product.
8 modules. 13+ brands. 400+ agents.
One consistent visual system.
Outcome
The training library replaced live onboarding sessions across 13+ estate agency brands. Vicki Cullen commissioned the next batch immediately after each review — and the system remains the active reference for LeadPro and Canva workflows across the TPFG network.
A training video, focused on simplifying complex workflows through motion-led instructional storytelling, UI-focused communication, and reusable visual systems.
