Docscan reimagines how everyday users scan, sign, and manage documents—bringing clarity and control to what’s often a fragmented process. Built as a fast, lightweight alternative to legacy tools, it offers a cleaner, more focused way to stay organized.

At its core, Docscan merges scanning, file management, and e-signatures into a single, seamless flow. I worked to ensure each touchpoint from onboarding to scanning feedback to file structuring felt effortless. The interface emphasizes simplicity, with deliberate spacing, soft contrast, and gesture-friendly patterns suited for on-the-go use.

Designing Docscan meant finding the right balance between structure and speed. The layout system was built to scale with ease whether users had 5 files or 500.

The end result is a more reliable and focused document experience that feels light, stable, and ready to use.
