User Challenges
With huge amount of research, data and details, it was hard to navigate through the content. The website was old, cluttered which lads to user bouncing quickly.
Solution
To enhance the user experience, there was requirement to be clear about the objective the website serves for the business, and the user. With several interview and research phases, we end up implanting a clear modern designed website with better navigation and modern functionality which increases user engagement and understanding of the business.
