Approach : Simple, minimal and focus on design decisions which improves ease of shopping experience for user.
A well designed navigation bar.
An improved information architecture. The information is distributed with beautiful imagery which helps building trust and improve engagement.
The color, layout, type and animation choices were simple and focused. It reflects the brand personality.
The website is responsive for all the devices.
Social proof (Video testimonials and ratings) and urgency technique to build trust, and sales.
Lastly, I have applied other UX techniques like an option favourite an item and more to improve overall buying experience in a non distractive way.
