MEDvidi — Online mental telehealth platform

Our task was to create a user-friendly and trustworthy screen design for the patient application and web application for administrators keeping in mind that MEDvidi is an online mental healthcare provider. It was important to consider factors such as the intended audience, the specific features and functions and the overall brand is meant to convey.

Creating a design for a medical app requires attention to detail and a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of the app's users.

Our task was to create a user-friendly and trustworthy screen design for both the patient application and administrators’ web application to make online reservations, consultations, counseling, and therapy convenient and professional.

The platform enables patients to engage in real-time therapy sessions with licensed therapists and doctors from the comfort of their own homes.

With our carefully crafted video call flow, we have made it easy for patients to connect with professional counselors and therapists online. By studying successful examples and experiences, we were able to ensure that our video call flow is efficient, user-friendly, and provides a seamless experience for both patients and doctors.

We took into account the complex regulations and guidelines governing medical apps to ensure compliance and safety for users. As a result, we have created a design that is intuitive, visually appealing and instills confidence in users.
