Driven by their mission, the team aimed to stand up a new product that would allow customers to borrow and manage micro-loan repayments. This product will be accessible to Walmart and One customer through their partnership with Walmart.

Leveraging existing product and design systems, we dedicated our efforts to simplifying the entire user experience from application to account management. Defining new design components, and integrating a stronger brand presence into what is typically a transactional product.

Our focus extended beyond product design to encompass brand, personality, and behavior change principles.
