Building a personal Medium blog community

I recently started a personal blog where I write about the everyday people.

I have managed to create a community by building consistent upload time (every Tuesday) and encouraging them to engage the posts by sharing screenshots of their favorite parts of the articles which I share with my WhatsApp community.

In three weeks, I have grown to 30 Medium followers and increased blog engagement by 40%

I am learning more about the Medium platform and I look forward to updating this project when I am a pro at it; turning over 1k+ engagement.
