Role and Objective As the Senior Marketing Communications Manager, I was tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy for the "Primary Care Reimagined" initiative. This program aimed to encourage contracted medical practices to adopt telehealth solutions, ultimately improving patient access and care delivery.

1. Development of Key Communications - Crafted a 60-page technical provider manual that served as a definitive guide for medical providers transitioning to telehealth. This manual detailed best practices, technical requirements, and operational guidelines, ensuring that providers had the resources necessary to implement telehealth effectively.
2. Content Creation for Diverse Audiences - Developed targeted communications for multiple stakeholders, including:
