I managed the Instagram content strategy and social media presence for BrowsbyShakura with the goal of improving brand visibility, strengthening audience trust, and creating a more engaging online presence that could attract and retain clients.
The brand already had an audience, but the Instagram page needed a more intentional content strategy and stronger audience-focused communication to improve engagement and encourage repeat bookings.
The Challenge
Before management, the brand faced a few key issues:

To improve the page performance and audience response, I focused on optimizing the profile structure and creating content centered around real client experiences.
1. Instagram Audit & Profile Optimization
I refined the Instagram presence by improving:
Bio clarity and positioning
Story highlight creation and organization
Overall profile presentation and audience experience
The goal was to make the page feel more professional, trustworthy, and conversion-focused for new visitors.
2. Content Creation & Reels Strategy
I created and managed engaging video content using footage from real client appointments and brow transformation sessions.
This included:

Editing client transformation content
Audience-focused captions

Consistent posting strategy
