Project Overview

I managed the Instagram content strategy and social media presence for Leclair Aesthetics with the goal of improving audience engagement, strengthening brand presentation, and creating a more conversion-focused Instagram presence.
Although the brand already had an existing audience, the page lacked consistency in content direction, visual structure, and audience interaction. The challenge was not just gaining followers, but creating a content system that would improve trust, increase inquiries, and encourage long-term customer retention.

The Challenge

Before management, the Instagram page faced several issues:
Inconsistent content presentation
A feed that lacked visual cohesion
Story highlights that were not properly structured
A bio that did not clearly communicate the brand value
Low engagement despite having an active audience
No clear content system to nurture followers into clients
The brand needed a stronger Instagram strategy that could improve audience perception and make the page feel more professional, engaging, and trustworthy within the skincare industry.

Strategy & Execution

To solve these issues, I focused on rebuilding the Instagram experience from both a branding and content perspective.

1. Instagram Audit & Profile Optimization

I started by auditing the page to identify gaps in branding and audience communication.
This included:
Bio auditing and optimization for clearer messaging
Story highlight restructuring for easier navigation
Improving overall profile presentation
Refining the visual direction of the Instagram feed
The objective was to create a page that immediately communicated professionalism and trust to potential clients.

2. Content Planning & Creative Direction

I developed a structured content system tailored to skincare audiences and focused on both education and engagement.
Each week, I created and managed:
2 engaging reels
3 carousel posts
Static image content
Audience-focused captions
Monthly content calendar planning
The content strategy was designed to:
Increase audience interaction
Improve content consistency
Educate followers on skincare-related topics
Encourage saves, shares, and direct inquiries
Strengthen brand authority within the skincare niche

3. Visual Brand Improvement

One of the key focus areas was improving the overall look and feel of the page.
I redesigned the Instagram grid to create:
Better visual consistency
Cleaner branding presentation
More engaging content layouts
A stronger premium skincare aesthetic
This helped the page feel more cohesive and visually appealing to both new and existing followers.

Within just 1 month, the account grew from:

3,443 Followers → 3,695 Followers
