Tongal is a two-sided marketplace connecting clients like LEGO, National Geographic and Lululemon to a global creative community of writers, filmmakers and animators.
I built out the community department from the ground up and played a pivotal role in shaping the community engagement and growth strategy. Leveraging my operational and analytical expertise, I spearheaded high-growth community development initiatives and fostered the incubation of innovative programs aimed at driving community acquisition and facilitating scale. One of my primary focuses was establishing robust community health metrics and feedback mechanisms to continuously monitor success and identify areas for improvement.
