Cruit is an Amsterdam-based HR SaaS company that transforms employee referral programs into powerful recruitment tools. Their platform enables companies to tap into their employees' networks, enhancing talent acquisition through gamified incentives and seamless integrations.
Challenge
Cruit's existing website was outdated and lacked the flexibility needed for rapid updates. The objectives were to:
Redesign the website to align with current branding
Improve site performance and responsiveness
Enable easier content management for the internal team
Ensure a seamless migration to a more adaptable platform
What I did
Delivered a redesigned and migrated website using Framer by:
Creating a modern, responsive design that aligns with Cruit's brand identity
Implementing a user-friendly CMS for easy content updates
Optimizing site performance for faster load times
Ensuring mobile compatibility across devices
Facilitating a smooth transition from the previous platform to Framer
Results
The new website:

Established a scalable foundation for future website enhancements
