The Problem
Planning an event is chaotic. Organizers juggle multiple activities; from vendor sourcing, ticket sales, attendee tracking, and payments. These are often done across different tools. This fragmentation leads to stress, errors, and wasted time.
The process
The Solution
I designed a mobile-first ticketing and vendor-sourcing app that centralizes the planning process into one dashboard.
Key features:
Tickets Management → Create multiple ticket types, track sales, monitor revenue.
Attendee Tracking → Real-time check-ins and attendance metrics during & after events.
Vendor Management → Source vendors, view booking status (pending, confirmed), and streamline communication.
Unified Dashboard → A single control hub for everything, reducing the clutter of scattered apps.
