Animal Health Checkup Service Registration Application is a system owned by Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Pusat Kesehatan Hewan (UPTD Puskeswan) Kota Cimahi to streamline the business process of animal health checkup services. Puskeswan Cimahi is an official government’s institution of Kota Cimahi that provides animal health checkup service for public.

This project is my final project to get Bachelor of Applied Science in Software Engineering Technology. The background of this project is to solve the Puskeswan Cimahi’s problem in their existing website. In 3 years, the web application has still not been widely adopted by the public who want to register for services at Puskeswan Cimahi. Moreover, people also find it difficult to use the web application because they need to remember a long website address and continuously login every time they want to register for a service on the browser.

Therefore, I built 2 systems that consists of Android and Web app for them. The Android app aims to simplify and ease customers when registering the Puskeswan Cimahi’s services to checkup their animal’s health with better experience. Then, The Web app is built to store the new features data that exists in mobile app.
