Goal
To enhance operational efficiency for QueenRX, a provider of affordable GLP-1 weight care solutions, by automating key business workflows and developing robust internal tools to support their customer journey from plan selection to ongoing care and delivery.
Our Contribution
We developed a comprehensive suite of solutions to streamline QueenRX's operations:
Workflow Automation: Implemented automated processes across various business functions to improve speed and reduce manual effort, integrating key platforms.
Internal Tooling Development: Built custom internal tools using Retool to manage customer data, prescriptions, orders, and communication effectively.
System Integration: Connected disparate systems including Webflow (website), Stripe (payments), Buildship (backend processes), customer.io (customer communication), and Postgres (database) into a cohesive workflow.
