I joined this team as a Service Operations Manager, for the support department. This company was a software development house for industrial automation and factory processing divisions.
During my time there, I restructured all client-facing documents and templates, while placing time-management duties into the 12 engineers under my guise. There was a Microsoft Dynamics CRM that needed to be customized as well, which I did, and generated custom reports to display results for EXCO meetings.
I also ran the Microsoft Azure platform for clients that were onboarded, and created all documentation and legislation for Technical Agreements, Maintenance Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Hosting Agreements, and Phased-approached Retainers.
