Automatic Dispenser Product Design | SolidWorks CAD & Mechanical Assembly Designed and developed a complete automatic dispenser concept from initial sketches through 3D CAD, mechanical assembly, technical documentation, and final product visualization.

The project focused on creating a compact, modern enclosure while integrating the internal dispensing mechanism, motor, gear train, pump mechanism, PCB, reservoir, mounting features, and structural supports.

3. SolidWorks 3D part and assembly modeling

4. Mechanical mechanism integration

5. Gear, motor, spindle and pump assembly development

6. Exploded assembly configuration

7. Section and internal assembly views

8. Technical drawings with dimensions and BOM

10. Product rendering and presentation

The final design was developed as a complete product system, connecting the external industrial design with the internal mechanical architecture.
