Headphone Product Design | 3D CAD Modeling & SolidWorks Assembly 3D CAD product design and mechanical assembly of a premium over-ear headphone concept using SolidWorks.

The project includes detailed part modeling, multi-component assembly, adjustable headband and earcup mechanisms, hinge detailing, folded configuration, and an exploded assembly view showing the internal components and how they fit together.

I developed the design with attention to form, component fit, assembly structure, manufacturability, and product presentation, producing both realistic product renders and technical CAD views.
