Organisations need assistance with clear and easy internal communication. Many use multiple tools, requiring employees to switch between them, which can make finding and managing information difficult and time-consuming.
This issue affects small organisations as they grow, as well as mid-sized and large organisations, which handle more data daily, increasing the risk of losing important information.

Product Requirement and Project Scope
A product requirement document was provided to guide my designs. A detailed list of features required for the whole team, responsibilities for each member in question was properly spelt out to ease design and implementation of the product.
The scope of the designs covered;
The admin end - Employer
The user - Employee.
The Super-admin.
After these designs were catered for, mobile responsive designs were done for employers and employees.
Design Process
Initial Meetings: Initial meeting was done to kick off a thorough understanding of the product, set expectations and establish outcomes for design.
Design Phase:
Research and Inspiration Finding: In a bid to find a style that works for Abashe, research into existing and similarly designed products were done to help guide my visual design decisions.
Design: With a given amount of research done, design kicked off.
Regular Meetings and Feedback: With a 3 months time frame, a weekly design review and feedback was needed to aid communication and design improvements.
Feature: Abashe Greenhouse
About: The purpose of the greenhouse is to allow companies that are looking to put up openings for roles for their staff members of external candidates.

Feature: Forms
About: The form feature allows companies create forms they want employees to answer. Should it be a survey of some sorts, it can easily be shared with all within the company staff members.

Challenges
The project is one that took three months to complete and during the course of that time, a few of the challenges faced are;
Scope Creep: Over time, the project requirements began to expand beyond the original scope, leading to increased workload and potential delays.
Design Evolution: The design evolve based on new insights, or changes in business goals.
Emotional and Mental Fatigue: Working on a long project can lead to burnout or decreased motivation, affecting productivity and creativity.
Lessons Learnt
Having engaged in this project, some invaluable lessons were learnt which will be passed on in other designs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintained regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and gather feedback. Involve key stakeholders early in the process to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Communication and Collaboration: Scheduled regular check-ins and update meetings to keep everyone on the same page.
